Areas of expertise: Energy efficient demand-controlled ventilation, indoor climate, user satisfaction

Thunshelle has twenty years of scientific experience, and has been leading research projects and studies for development of energy efficient demand-controlled ventilation for better indoor climate and increased user satisfaction, as well as studies on hybrid solutions. This in relation to energy efficient, passive house level and plus energy buildings, and Zero Emission Neighbourhoods.

She has a wide international portfolio, has been WP leader and had key roles in EU projects since FP5, several IEA annexes, as well as world wide IDM-BIM coordinator.

Harald Taxt Walnum

Harald Taxt Walnum is a research scientist at the department of Architectural Engineering of SINTEF Community. His Expertise is within energy efficiency and control heating and cooling systems for buildings. His main expectation from Cultural-E is to utilize the flexibility in plus energy houses in the integration with external energy systems.

Hanne Liland Bottolfsen

Hanne Liland Bottolfsen works in the department of Architectural Engineering of SINTEF Community. Expertise areas are energy efficient buildings, energy systems and indoor climate. In Cultural-E, Hanne will contribute in the project group for the Norwegian demo case and with implementation of technologies and monitoring, and she will also be responsible for energy simulations and calculations for the demo case.
