A typical terraced house from the Northen France was deeply renovated in 2023-2024. Considering its architectural value, the façade remains intact, and insulation is internal. Some internal room is dedicated to the PHP unit that ensures heating, domestic hot water and ventilation. Air tightness should be at PassivHAus level. Considering the three stories, the stratification of the air in summer can lead to summer discomfort, and for this reason ceiling fans are installed in the bedrooms.
